Mechanics of the Raffle Draw
1) The winners will be selected randomly on May 28, 2018, 5 pm at Lazada’s main office at 23rd Floor, Net Park, 5th Ave, BGC.
2) The raffle will be done electronically through the random.org program through the supervision of a DTI representative.
3) The winner will be informed through a phone call and registered mail and will be announced via Lazada’s official social media accounts (Facebook)
4) Employees of Lazada and PayMaya and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are excluded from participating in this promo.

Terms and Conditions
1) By joining this promo, the customer confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics, including but not limited to its terms and conditions.
2) Canceled & invalid orders will automatically be disqualified from the raffle draw.
3) The winner must claim the prize within sixty (60) days upon receipt of the registered mail. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the redemption period, the winner forfeits his/her claim to the prize with prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
4) Winner must present at least one (2) original valid government issued ID and a notification letter.
5) The prize will be redeemed at 23rd floor, Net Park, 5th Ave, BGC.
6) In case a winner’s representative claims the prize, an original authorization letter executed by the winner must be presented together with the winner’s and representative’s valid proof of identification and notification letter. The winner’s signature on the ID and the authorization letter presented must be the same. The authorization letter must state the full name of the representative claiming the prize on the winner’s behalf.
7) By joining the raffle promo, winner agrees to participate in public marketing campaigns.
